Marked target suffers -2 to attack rolls against any target that doesn't include you. Also the target suffers radiant damage equal to 3 Cha mod before the start of your next turn.

NB: Doesn't require intelligence or language of the target as its a magical compulsion.

Lay on Hands (At Will/Minor Action)


Target: One creature

Effect: You spend a healing surge but gain no hit points. Instead the target regains Hp as though it spent a healing surge. You must have at least 1 healing surge in order to use this power.


Healing Hands: Adds Charisma modifier to healing surge value when Lay on Hands is used.

Hit: 3d8 + Charisma modifier Radiant damage, and the target is dazed until the end of your next turn. In addition, the target takes a -2 penalty to AC (save ends).

Miss: Half damage, and the target is dazed until the end of your next turn.

Ulfarr was the son of a petty thief. With his family name in tatters, his mother and clan elders deemed that the one salvation for redeeming their honour was for his son to be inducted into the paladin Order of The Spirit-Hammer – guardians of the Temple of The Ancestors.

Ulfarr was a dedicated student to the ancient ways. Promoting the ideals of The Ancestors. Approaching problems with an even hand. To defend those who cannot defend themselves. But even the wisdom of the order could only teach so much within their walls. Thus Ulfarr set upon the road of self discovery. To learn the ways of the outside world, and to bring aid and justice where it was found wanting. 

Ulfarr Murdoksson is a tad naive in foreign custom and at times finds himself at odds with the ins and outs of the outside world. But he is dedicated. He may not always make friends easily, but those that he does he prizes greatly. Still young by Dwarven standards he can come across as impetuous, though he would put it down to righteous zeal.
